We track our loads from start to finish. We can provide email updates on the status of your load to one or more people. We also have a web portal where you can log in and see the status of your load, along with customer service agents available 24/7. All carriers are not created equal. We work hard to continually vet and monitor our approved carriers. All of our carriers our monitored through SaferWatch Assure, which continually checks for DOT compliance, authority, safety scores, and active insurance policies. This monitoring is integrated with our TMS dispatch software to insure nothing slips through the cracks. We are also integrated with platforms that monitors customer complaints and issues, so bad carriers get weeded out.
In addition to overall safety and compliance, we have our own internal measures. We track On Time Performance, Communication, and Paperwork. If any of these items fall below our standard, the carrier will be removed from our approved carrier list.
